Weddings / Events

Enjoy your day without having to worry about a thing! We can guarantee that when you walk down the aisle on your wedding day you won’t be thinking about place settings, napkins and flowers. Our expert event team will ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams and that you and your family can remain hands off on the day so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration!

When booking your wedding at Fortino Winery you will be assigned to a wedding specialist who will work with you from start to finish and act as your day of coordinator. Below are the services that our coordinators provide:

After Booking:

You become a part of the Fortino family! We will create a list of important dates for you pertaining to the wedding, including payments, food tastings, meetings, and more. Most meetings and payments can be held virtually but of course, we would love to see you!

30 Days Before The Wedding:

You will have a scheduled meeting with your wedding coordinator to go over all details pertaining to the wedding. You will pick out the hor d’oeuvres, dinner menu, bar menu and linen colors. You will then do a walk through of the venue to visualize and discuss how you would like to have everything set up! At this point your wedding coordinator will offer you additional rentals such as a champagne wall, draping on the arbors, neon signs, etc.

After the meeting your wedding coordinator will create all of your event documents and create an overall schedule of events that will be used on the wedding day!

Two Weeks Before The Wedding:

Your event coordinator will contact all of your vendors and create a plan for your wedding day, schedule delivery times, discuss timelines with both your DJ and photographer, and offer to give tours to all vendors who are interested.
