This wine is 100% Montonico grapes grown on our Gilroy Estate and fortified with alcohol in the Sherry method. This medium-bodied dessert wine that has been aged for twenty-four years in oak barrels. Enjoy the wonderful flavors of plums, toasted pecans, vanilla bean, and caramel. The sweetness of this wine allows it to pair perfectly with cheesecake.
