Come experience an extravagant four-course dinner with our own Chef Daniel. Each course will be paired with one of our delicious wines!


  • Caramelized Garlic Focaccia Bread with Blood Orange Olive Oil and Balsamic.
  • Cheesy Arancini with Truffle Cream Sauce.


  • Lobster Bisque Garnished with Roasted Chive Cream Sauce.

Main Course:

  • Cabernet Sauvignon Marinated Tender Bistro Filets served with a Garlic Confit and Mascarpone Ponne Puree’ with Charred Asparagus tossed in Fresh Orange Zest and Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.
  • (Vegetarian Option) Cabernet Sauvignon Braised Portobello Mushroom with Parmesan Goat Cheese Filling and Wine Reduction.


  • Warm Chocolate Confection topped with Wine Soaked Raspberries, Mascarpone Cream, and our 2008 Zinfandel Dessert Wine Chocolate Sauce. Served with 2008 Zinfandel Dessert Wine in an edible Chocolate Shot Glass.
