The old vine Carignan is estate-grown and 100% dry farmed. It has a beautifully vibrant ruby color, with aromas of raspberries and dried cranberries. This Carignan’s medium body will go with big, bold dishes like slow-cooked brisket, as well as lighter dishes such as roasted turkey or pork. It has a slight soft fruitiness in front, ending with hints of currant that linger on the palate.
